We gladly received the courtesy visit of Ambassador Santiago Wins. The Eastern Republic of Uruguay signed the Treaty of Tlateloco on February 14, 1967 and ratified it on August 20, 1968. Uruguay is currently part of the members of the Commission on Quotas and Administrative and Budgetary Affairs (CCAAP) elected by resolution CG/Res.20/2023.
