Ambassador Bonzanini, Secretary General of OPANAL, met this morning with the Russian Ambassador to Mexico, Nikolay V. Sofínskiy, at the provisional headquarters of OPANAL. The Russian Federation is a State Party to Additional Protocol II of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.
