Venezuela 

Venezuela signed the Treaty of Tlatelolco on February 14, 1967, ratified the Treaty on March 23, 1970 and on that same date presented its declaration of waiver of the requirements indicated in Article 29, paragraph 2, of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Venezuela signed a Nuclear Safeguards Agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on June 23, 1978, in accordance with Article 13 of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Venezuela signed the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on July 1, 1968 and ratified it on September 25, 1975 in London, on September 26, 1975 in Washington, and on October 3, 1975 in Moscow. .

Venezuela signed the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) on October 3, 1996 and ratified it on May 13, 2002.

Venezuela signed the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPAN) on September 20, 2017 and ratified it on March 27, 2018.
