Peru 

Peru signed the Treaty of Tlatelolco on February 14, 1967, ratified the Treaty on March 4, 1969 and on that same date presented its declaration of waiver of the requirements indicated in Article 29, paragraph 2, of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Peru signed a Nuclear Safeguards Agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on March 2, 1978 in accordance with Article 13 of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Peru signed the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on July 1, 1968 and ratified it on March 3, 1970 in Washington.

Peru signed the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) on September 25, 1996 and ratified it on November 12, 1997.

Peru signed the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPAN) on September 20, 2017 and ratified it on December 23, 2021.
