Panama 

Panama signed the Treaty of Tlatelolco on February 14, 1967, ratified the Treaty on June 11, 1971 and on that same date presented its declaration of waiver of the requirements indicated in Article 29, paragraph 2, of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Panama signed a Nuclear Safeguards Agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on March 23, 1984, in accordance with Article 13 of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Panama signed the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on July 1, 1968 and ratified it on January 13, 1977 in Washington.

Panama signed the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) on September 24, 1996 and ratified it on March 23, 1999.

Panama signed the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPAN) on September 20, 2017 and ratified it on April 11, 2019.
