Mexico 

Mexico signed the Treaty of Tlatelolco on February 14, 1967, ratified the Treaty on September 20, 1967 and on that same date presented its declaration of waiver of the requirements indicated in Article 29, paragraph 2, of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Mexico signed a Nuclear Safeguards Agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on March 29, 2004, in accordance with Article 13 of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Mexico signed the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on July 26, 1968 and ratified it on January 21, 1969 in London, Moscow and Washington.

Mexico signed the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) on September 24, 1996 and ratified it on October 5, 1999.

Mexico signed the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPAN) on September 20, 2017 and ratified it on January 16, 2018.
