Guatemala 

Guatemala signed the Treaty of Tlatelolco on February 14, 1967, ratified the Treaty on February 6, 1970 and on that same date presented its declaration of waiver of the requirements indicated in Article 29, paragraph 2, of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Guatemala signed a Nuclear Safeguards Agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on July 20, 1978, in accordance with Article 13 of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Guatemala signed the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on July 26, 1968 and ratified it on September 22, 1970 in Washington.

Guatemala signed the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) on September 20, 1999 and ratified it on January 12, 2012.

Guatemala signed the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPAN) on September 20, 2017 and ratified it on June 13, 2022.
