The Council of OPANAL, as stipulated in the #TreatyofTlatelolco, is one of the main bodies of #OPANAL, along with the General Conference and the Secretariat. It is made up of five Members of the Organization elected by the General Conference for a period of four years. The current members of the Council are Argentina, Brazil, Guatemala, Mexico and Panama.
