Saint Lucia

Saint Lucia signed the Treaty of Tlatelolco on 25 August 1992, ratified the Treaty 2 June 1995, and on the same date presented its declaration of exemption to the requirements indicated in Article 29, paragraph 2, of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Saint Lucia signed a Nuclear Safeguards Agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on 8 December 1989 accordance with Article 13 of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Saint Lucia succeeded to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on 28 December 1979 in London.

Saint Lucia signed the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) on 4 October 1996 and ratified it on 5 April 2001.

Saint Lucia signed the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) on 27 September 2018 and ratified it on 23 January 2019.
