Saint Kitts and Nevis

Saint Kitts and Nevis signed the Treaty of Tlatelolco on 18 February 1994, ratified the Treaty on 18 April 1995, and on that same date presented its declaration of exemption to the requirements indicated in Article 29, paragraph 2, of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Saint Kitts and Nevis signed a Nuclear Safeguards Agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on 10 July 1995 in Vienna and on 7 May 1996 in Basseterre in accordance with Article 13 of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Saint Kitts and Nevis acceded to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on 22 March 1993 in Washington.

Saint Kitts and Nevis signed the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) on 23 March 2004 and ratified it on 27 April 2005.

Saint Kitts and Nevis signed the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) on 26 September 2019 and ratified it on 9 August 2020.
