The OPANAL Secretary-General participated in the seminar on pillar II of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) in preparation for the 2020 NPT Review Conference, which was organized by the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs and held in UN Headquarters in New York, 2-3 March 2020.
