Haiti

Haiti signed the Treaty of Tlatelolco on 14 February 1967, ratified the Treaty on 23 May 1969 and on that same date presented its declaration of exemption to the requirements indicated in Article 29, paragraph 2, of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Haiti signed a Nuclear Safeguards Agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on 6 January 1975, in accordance with Article 13 of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Haiti signed the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on 1 July 1968 and ratified it on 2 June 1970 in Washington.

Haiti signed the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) on 24 September 1996 and ratified it on 1 December 2005.
