Cuba

Cuba signed the Treaty of Tlatelolco on 25 March 1995, ratified the Treaty on 23 October 2002 and is still reviewing its declaration of exemption to the requirements indicated in Article 29, paragraph 2, of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Cuba signed a Nuclear Safeguards Agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on 18 September 2003, in accordance with Article 13 of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Cuba acceded to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on 4 November 2002 in Moscow.

Cuba signed and ratified the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) on 4 February 2021.

Cuba signed the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) on 20 September 2017 and ratified it on 30 January 2018.
