Colombia

Colombia signed the Treaty of Tlatelolco on 14 February 1967, ratified the Treaty on 4 August 1972 and on 6 September 1972 presented its declaration of exemption to the requirements indicated in Article 29, paragraph 2, of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Colombia signed a Nuclear Safeguards Agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on 22 December 1982, in accordance with Article 13 of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Colombia signed the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on 1 July 1968 and ratified it on 8 April 1986 in Washington, 29 April 1986 in Moscow and 30 April 1986 in London.

Colombia signed the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) on 24 September 1996 and ratified it on 29 January 2008.

Colombia signed the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) on 3 August 2018 but has not yet ratified
