Bolivia

Bolivia signed the Treaty of Tlatelolco on 14 February 1967, ratified the Treaty on 18 February 1969 and on that same date presented its declaration of exemption to the requirements indicated in Article 29, paragraph 2, of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Bolivia signed a Nuclear Safeguards Agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on 30 April 1974, in accordance with Article 13 of the Treaty of Tlatelolco.

Bolivia signed the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on 1 July 1968 and ratified it on 26 May 1970 in Washington.

Bolivia signed the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) on 24 September 1996 and ratified it on 4 October 1999.

Bolivia signed the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) on 16 April 2018 and ratified it on 6 August 2019.
